These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern the provision and use of the services offered by Elite House Contracting and Maintenance Company (“Elite House”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging with our services — including contracting, maintenance, repairs, installations, and related solutions (“Services”) — through our website, service request forms, written agreements, or any communication channel, you (“Client”, “Customer”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Elite House provides professional contracting and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties in the UAE. Services may include but are not limited to installation, preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, project management, site consultation, and related support (“Services”). Services are provided in accordance with the specifications, timelines, and pricing agreed in advance between the parties.
3.1 All service requests must be submitted in writing or via our authorized communication channels.
3.2 Elite House reserves the right to accept, refuse, or modify any service request at its discretion.
3.3 Acceptance occurs once we issue a confirmation in writing (email, message, or signed document) and the client pays any required advance fee where applicable.
4.1 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform the Services.
4.2 You must grant our personnel reasonable access to your property at agreed times.
4.3 You shall comply with all applicable UAE laws, regulations, and safety requirements relevant to the Services being performed.
4.4 Obstruction, unsafe conditions, or withheld access may result in delays, additional charges, or suspension of Services.
5.1 All fees for Services will be communicated in advance and may include estimates, fixed prices, or hourly rates.
5.2 Payments must be made in accordance with the due dates specified in invoices or agreements.
5.3 Elite House reserves the right to suspend Services for late or non-payment until all outstanding amounts are fully settled.
5.4 Any taxes, duties, or governmental charges related to the Services are the responsibility of the Client.
6.1 Requests for changes to scheduled Services must be submitted in advance. Elite House will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but cannot guarantee availability.
6.2 Cancellation policies, including fees or refunds, will be agreed in writing prior to service commencement.
7.1 Elite House warrants that Services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
7.2 Any warranty claims must be reported in writing within a reasonable period following completion of Services.
7.3 Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, no other warranties (express or implied) apply, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Elite House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability in respect of all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific Services giving rise to the claim.
All intellectual property rights related to our methods, reports, documents, and materials created or used in connection with the Services remain the exclusive property of Elite House, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10.1 We will treat information provided by the Client as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except as required by UAE law.
10.2 Personal data collected in the course of providing Services will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including Abu Dhabi regulations. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Elite House reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be effective upon posting on our website or distributed through official communication channels. Continued use of services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By engaging with our Services, requesting work, or making any payment to Elite House, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
